CBSE has asked affiliated schools to spread awareness of a large collection of curriculum-linked Virtual Labs and digital learning resources available through DIKSHA. Developed by CIET-NCERT with support from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the repository supports the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020.
The collection includes more than 845 Virtual Labs, mainly covering Science and Mathematics. Resources are mapped to the NCERT curriculum as well as relevant learning outcomes, grades, subjects and individual chapters, helping students and teachers locate material that fits classroom learning.
- DIKSHA portal and mobile app: Browse labs by grade, subject and chapter.
- NCERT textbook QR codes: Scan the QR code at the beginning of a chapter to reach related labs and digital resources.
- Grade-wise QR codes: Use dedicated codes organised across grades, subjects and chapters.
- Ask DIKSHA: Search for relevant labs and supporting content through the AI-powered discovery feature.
- DIKSHA PAL: Access Virtual Labs through Personalised Adaptive Learning courses.
Principals and heads of CBSE-affiliated schools have been requested to circulate this information and encourage students, teachers and other stakeholders to make use of the courses and resources.
